Using this site without confusion
MiniPress is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd from Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. The site is provided for lawful use by customers in South Africa who want to view product information, request help, and place orders for home juicers and cold presses. You may not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with access, or attempts unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or content.
We may update pages, product notes, support details, or these terms when needed. If a page changes after you have started an order or enquiry, the version shown when you submit the order will normally apply, unless a legal requirement says otherwise.
Orders, payment, and delivery lanes
Orders are accepted subject to stock, payment clearance, and delivery area coverage. We deliver to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria and George, with selected area coverage for Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment and order details have been checked.
- Delivery details must be accurate, including suburb, street name, unit number, and access notes.
- If a delivery cannot be completed because details were incomplete or incorrect, extra delivery costs may apply.
- Risk in the goods passes when the parcel is handed over to the delivery service or collected, depending on the chosen method and the order record.
Product use, care, and food safety basics
MiniPress supplies slow masticating juicers, centrifugal juicers, and cold presses for household use. These appliances have different feed systems, speeds, and cleaning needs. Faster centrifugal units may suit quick juicing, while slow masticating and cold press machines generally use slower processing and more contact parts that must be cleaned carefully after use. Always follow the product instructions and make sure all parts are fitted properly before switching on.
Food contact parts should be washed, rinsed, and dried after use to reduce residue build-up. Do not use cracked containers, worn seals, or damaged screens. Keep raw produce, wash water, and finished juice separated from household cleaning items. If a unit shows a leak, unusual vibration, or electrical damage, stop using it and request support before further use.
Support that depends on the fault
Our support services may include First Time Setup, Deep Clean Guidance, Spare Parts Help, Seal Replacement, Screen Care, Leak Troubleshooting, Noise Vibration Checks, Storage Care, Cable Plug Checks, Brushes and Tools, Routine Care Plan, and Video Support Call. These services are provided to help with normal household operation and wear, but they do not cover misuse, unauthorised repair, water damage, or faults caused by poor storage in coastal humidity or dusty conditions.
- Keep the motor base dry and away from sink spray and wet cloths.
- Allow moving parts to stop fully before opening the lid or removing the pulp bin.
- Use only the accessories supplied or approved for that machine.
- Unplug the unit before cleaning, inspection, or storage.
Intellectual property and site content
All text, layout, photos, product descriptions, training notes, and page structure on the MiniPress site remain the property of Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print content for personal shopping and support use, but you may not copy, publish, scrape, resell, or reuse it for another site, catalogue, or advertisement without written permission.
Any names, pictures, or product descriptions shown on the site are provided to help customers identify the item or service being offered. Small differences may occur between a page and the item delivered, especially where packaging, fittings, or accessory sets have changed. If a product detail is important to your order, please check it before payment is made.
Limits on our responsibility

Nothing in these terms reduces liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. Where a product is shown to be defective under the applicable law, any remedy will be dealt with in line with the relevant legal duties and the product record.
